Returns

  • While we hope you love your purchase, you may exchange or refund your purchase by retaining your invoice and returning your purchased item(s) in accordance with our policies. Please contact us with the details of the item(s) you wish to return, and our team can assist you.
  • All original shipping charges are non-fundable. 
  • All return shipping must include tracking and return shipping charges are your responsibility except in the case of an error by Melbourne BMW. Alternatively, you can return your item(s) by visiting our dealership at 209 Kings Way South Melbourne 3204.
  • Once return item(s) are received, a refund or exchange may be organised for the value of the original purchase, less any applicable handling/restocking fees.
  • Melbourne BMW reserves the right to issue a refund or exchange at its discretion in accordance with its policies. Our policies do not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Excluded change of mind items 

  • We will not accept clearance item(s) (marked as ‘clearance’ or ‘reduced to clear’) as a change of mind return. Subject to availability, we may instead provide an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy below. 
  • We will not provide a refund or exchange on the following item(s), unless it fails to meet a consumer guarantee: 
    • Helmets 
    • Customised or fitted items including racing suits 
    • Gift cards or vouchers 
    • Swimwear 
    • Underwear including compression pants 
    • Items sold with a tag that states no change of mind
